Kidd Thunder and Fujin

I watched the History Behind Kidd Thunder video (made by twitter: @tabmok99) It is said kidd thunder is Raiden's nephew. As we know, nephew is brother's son, Raiden and Fujin are brothers, so…maybe…Fujin is kidd thunder's dad?
